Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to paid Pro subscriptions on MBACracked, processed by Razorpay on behalf of Finscout Technologies. By purchasing Pro, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription access

Pro is a prepaid digital subscription. When payment succeeds, access is activated immediately for the selected plan period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel renewal at any time from your profile; cancellation stops future charges but does not remove access until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds

• If you were charged in error (duplicate payment, technical failure), contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind after Pro access has been used, except where required by applicable law.
• Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel from Profile → Subscription. Your account stays on Pro until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free limits. Cancelling does not automatically refund unused time.
